Who We Are
TANK Consults is a Lagos-based executive advisory firm built for organizations facing real decisions — on security, assets, operations, and commodities exposure. We don't arrive with templates. We arrive with questions, and we stay until the answers hold.
Our practitioners have led organizations through security crises, complex infrastructure deals, and volatile market conditions. That experience shapes every engagement we take on.
Strategic Risk & Infrastructure Advisory
Four integrated pillars that align security, assets, operations, and exposure around the decisions that matter most.
A Decade of Focused Advisory
Built through repeat engagements, referrals, and outcomes that hold — not proposals.
How We Work
A disciplined, executive-level process designed for organizations that live with real risk and real consequence.
01. Clarity on the Question
We define the decision to be made, the time horizon, and what is truly at risk if you move—or do not move.
02. Evidence and Exposure Mapping
We map assets, operations, counterparties, and threats to show where your current posture is strong and where it is fragile.
03. Options, Trade-offs, and Design
We present structured options, with clear trade-offs, so leadership can choose a direction that fits appetite and reality.
04. Execution Discipline
We help translate decisions into operating models, controls, and routines that hold under pressure and over time.
When to Engage Us
Engagements are most effective when the questions on the table are structural, high-stakes, and time-sensitive.
• A major asset, expansion, or restructuring decision requires a clear risk and infrastructure view.
• Security incidents, near-misses, or audit findings signal that current controls will not hold.
• Multi-site or supply chain complexity is eroding reliability, cost discipline, or customer experience.
• Board or investors are asking for a sharper story on risk, resilience, and how the organization is protected.
Our Leadership
Senior practitioners with deep experience across security, risk, infrastructure, and complex operations.
Chris Egbuna
Principal Partner
Chris Egbuna leads the firm's strategic advisory practice and primary client relationships. His work is defined by an insistence on grounding recommendations in the specific context of each organization — the pressures that are real, the risks that are underpriced, and the decisions that matter. He has led engagements across security risk, infrastructure, and organizational resilience, advising leadership teams navigating high-consequence decisions across Nigeria and the wider region. Chris is the firm's principal contact for complex, multi-pillar engagements.
Queen Egbuna
Director
Queen Egbuna leads the firm's hospitality and operations advisory practice. She works with property groups, hotel management companies, and multi-site operators to improve service models, governance, and operational discipline across complex footprints. Her engagements span guest experience design, cross-property standards, and the management structures that determine whether those standards hold at scale. She also oversees client relationship management across the firm's broader advisory mandates.
