Our Story
TANK Consults was built around a simple observation: the advice available to organizations operating in complex, high-stakes environments is often too generic, too theoretical, and too disconnected from actual decisions. We exist to close that gap.
We are a Lagos-based executive advisory firm built around practitioners — people who have led security operations, structured infrastructure transactions, managed multi-site logistics, and navigated commodities markets under real pressure. The firm grew from that experience, not from a business plan.
Our practice is organized around four areas where we saw consistent gaps: strategic risk, infrastructure and assets, operations and supply chain, and commodities exposure. These are not services we added for revenue. They are the areas where our principals have direct, documented experience.

He has led engagements across security risk, infrastructure, and organizational resilience, advising leadership teams navigating high-consequence decisions across Nigeria and the wider region. Chris is the firm's principal contact for complex, multi-pillar engagements.

She also oversees client relationship management across the firm's broader advisory mandates.
